He specialises in Company Law & Secretarial matters, Mergers & Acquisitions, Valuation, Tax & Legal Due Diligence.
Sunil Shenoy has over 25 years of experience in industry and consulting. Having held senior positions at EY and the TVS group, he has hands on functional experience driving business initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness of operations and enhance internal controls across sectors.
Deepak is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Internal Auditor with over 24 years of experience in a variety of industries in multicultural environments in India, the Middle East & North Africa. Completed GMP from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He has extensive experience in US Government business (DoD) & UN, he was also Head of Finance of a listed company in Kuwait. He likes to read nonfiction ranging from Cosmology, history, philosophy, and linguistics. He has a home library of 1000 plus books.

Her experience spans multiple industries over the years in both diagnostics and implementation stages of corporate lifecycle - go-to-market, startup launch, product launch and marketing, revenue/sales enhancement, cost optimization and spend analytics, AI/Gen AI/ Agentic AI consulting , Value Realization from multi-year projects, Program Management, and Operating Model.
Aruna Janakiram is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience across finance domains including private equity, treasury, investor relations, management reporting, and core finance and accounts functions. She has worked across industries such as Information Technology, Real Estate, and Audit & Consulting. Aruna brings deep expertise in streamlining financial operations, implementing governance frameworks, and driving profitability improvements. Her stakeholder management experience spans boards, investors, banks, vendors, and cross-cultural teams. She has also led international finance transitions and group structure compliance projects, aligning global financial processes with Indian operations. Her professional journey includes leadership roles at VBHC Value Homes, MphasiS, KPMG, and a boutique private equity firm. Aruna is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is passionate about social impact, having volunteered with the Spastic Society in Bengaluru.

Sharad Agarwal is a Chartered Accountant (AIR) and Company Secretary (AIR) with 30 years of diverse experience. He has served as a seasoned Business Partner and CFO, leading all finance verticals across e-commerce, manufacturing, international trading, and financial services. Sharad has held senior roles in reputed groups such as Aditya Birla, Bajaj-Mukand, and Kerry Inc. (an Irish MNC) for the South West Asia and Middle East region. A strategic thinker with strong financial and commercial acumen, he brings significant value to start-ups, growth-stage companies, and family-run businesses aiming to scale profitably and sustainably. His expertise spans strategic planning, budgeting, pricing and margin management, performance reviews, treasury, fundraising, project finance, capex, M&A due diligence, investment assessment, financial reporting, and building strong financial frameworks and governance. He is also an angel investor and qualified independent director. Outside work, he practices yoga daily and enjoys badminton, sports, and movies.
